For real, budget eating has started! I immediately thought of Porto’s Bakery and wish I can lunch there everyday, so cheap so delicious~ The cake is divine as always! The Black bean Grilled Chicken Sandwich is surprising good too (since I never liked black beans). And 1st pic are Cuban soda and Malta.

Budget eating but cake is a must? ^^;;
Well the Korean town should be cheap to eat in when you move there.
I’d rather skip sandwich and have the cake ^^;; (the cake here is very good so).
Koreatown won’t be ideal for everyday meal as it’s so strong tasting and it’s always tofu bowl or BBQ ^^;;. I walked around where I live over the weekend and found there’re like at least 7-8 coffee shop…^^;; (plus numerous bar). The real food are mostly fancy and big BBQ place…ahhhh~~~ ^^;; Maybe I overlook the snack/noodle place…hmm..
Do the coffee shops serve meals? More sandwiches?? ^^;;;
Or you can try adapting Korean’s eating habbit…BBQ or kimchi everyday…^^;;;
yeah crappy sandwiches ^^;;;
Joan tried a week of Korean lunches and she immediately has a breakout afterward (and when went to see Chinese doctor, he asked if she ate too much spicy food than she can handle ^^;;;).
wow the doctor can tell right away!?
I guess korean people are so used to spicy
food, they don’t get breakouts, but its too
strong for us!
Sorry for disappearing for couple days, it’s the Thanksgiving holiday and ALL four days we were painting our condo! (so much worrrrkkk~~). So we had Korean food for lunch for days and they ARE too strong and intense tasting that I feel my taste bud got number since then, and feel like I smell of garlic and chilli!!! O.o
Oh! You are painting your condo yourself?! Must be hard~~! Anyone helping you guys? What colour are you painting?
