More good food and dinner party~~!
Boss’s friend opened a restaurant at the port town of Ensenada. They specially closed the restaurant for the night for our company party. A lovely place inside~ All the dishes are gourmet version of traditional Mexican cuisine offerings.
Appertizers: ceviche and this tender and tasty Beef Tongue with Cactus.
Grilled Stuff Jalapeño (quite spicy, yum!) and Steamed Mussels.
Entrees: others’ fish, and I got the Risotto with Huitlacoche (Mexican Corn Truffle) and Oxtail. It smell more tempting than it taste, very smokey though, very nice~
We had two desserts: the Coconut Rice Pudding and very good Creme Brulee.

Mexican, like Chinese…left no parts uneaten/unuse as it seems…^^;; The corn fungus taste like those ‘fat choi’ thing served in Chinese news year’s dish (not the same texture though).
