Jin Patisserie (Abbot Kinney)

Food 15: Venice

DSC03189.jpgDSC03195.jpgFinally try Jin Patisserie's chocolate. I raved about their cakes before. On the counter I have to make difficult decision to pick 6 from the 20 types into this paper box...gosh... ^^;; Top from left to right: Manga Kalamansi, Lychee, Jasmine. Bottom: Sea-Salt Caramel, Lavender, The du Hammum. The graphical prints and patterns on the chocolates gave the delicate, elegant and modern look~ The chocolates are all light and moussey inside and very flavored with herbs and spices, though so subtle that some taste a bit too similar. They taste too delicate that I ended up craving chocolate bars for more choco-satisfation ^^;;;
