Chocolates (Brandy Cherry, Wasabi, Orange)

Food 18: Other

DSC04461.jpgDSC04459.jpgIt is dangerous to lunch at Abbot Kinney, because my collegues and I would ritualistically stopped by the World Gourmet Market and grab a bunch of Chocolates. Here are more: brandy cherry, wasabi and black seseme, Crystalized Orange peel and Ginger. All good except for the ginger one, no ginger flavor and texture too flakey..
DSC04456.jpgDSC04460.jpg We just realized there are instruction for true appreciation at the back of the package of the wasabi flavor: you're supposed to rub the piece with your thumb to let the aroma flow, then pop in your mouth and let the tongue rest the piece upon the roof of your mouth and let it melt~ ^^;;; I tried, but I lost patience letting it melt which is too slow...

Comments:

not really...just some generic spice ^^;;; The black seseme aroma is stronger.
