Yabu (Culver City)
Went to Yabu for lunch before and it was a traditional soba and udon place. At night, it is completely different! I'm glad I tried, it is so delicious~ Beef Tataki is the best, I can come back again and again for this! The next picture is the Fried Zucchini Flower stuffed with shrimp and lotus root, so good~ It is not on regular menu, what if they won't have it next time!!?!?
Momotaro Tomato & Asparagus Salad, a bit normal. Uni Sashimi heavenly~ and more sashimi.
Cold Udon and Sobayu, 'stuffing' for the night. The dessert is Tofu Cheese Mousse, so good~ (we're looking for its recipe!)

Oh thank you ^^;; Yeah a bit creative, a bit of Japanese pub food style for their dinner menu~

Oh that is beef "tataki" I think?? The zucchini looks good! The menu is not traditional Japanese but a bit westernized/creative-cooking?
