And they manage to taste different everytime, so that's the surprise (everyone has different recipe). Haha i get tempt to order omelette (and omelette rice at Japanese western restaurant) too! I keep reminding myself that omelette rice is kinda like kids menu stuffs, don't get that...^^;;

Oh my, you DO love Egg Benedict!! ^^;;; I can totally understand the tempting never-go-wrong quality of egg and cream~~~~I always get tempted to order omelette rice, haha.
