We signed our official condo offering papers with our lovely real estate agent Connie at Anjue (see old entry). Their menu seems to have a few more items~ Kimchi Pasta is very tasty! It is actually udon with cream sauce + kimchi, quite hot but addictive! The Napolitan is yum too! They played awesome music that night (Serge Gainsbourg, Jane Birkin, Cesaria Evora). Our future-home-to-be is only blocks away from this cafe. So this place will be "part of my neighborhood" ^,^. I expand my food categories a bit as I will at the Hancock Park and Wilshire area quite often. :D

Sorry to hear about that Tomoko.
I hold back from writing about the condo because we haven't officially got it yet ^^;;;, We made an offer on Friday, and we've been waiting for the seller to accept (the place is practically new so seller = the developer). It seems to go well until few minutes ago, I got a called from my agent that they "counter-offer" us, because we offer lower than the listing price. So I guess we just have to go with the listing price...oh well...so nothing is set yet, I don't want to 'jinx' it by celebrating it too soon ^^;;;;

Congratulations!!! It's great that you finally found your new home!!

Is it because you are going to live there that you don't want to show the pics of the condo? Tell me more about the place though!!
