DSC06149.jpgMy goodness this is simply the BEST gourmet sandwich I've ever had!!! I wrote about Julienne long time ago here. Croque Monsieur is heavenly, I mean...I can't believe how good croque can be. It must be the combination of pesto sauce and the very sweet bell peppers. The medium rare Beef Steak sandwich is so juicy and tender, though messy to eat though. Pumpkin Cheesecake (with sugar coated ginger candy on top) is so delicious that I'm finally convinced that Pumpkin-dessert can be GREAT. Just a perfect day, Oh it's such a perfect day!

Hey Amy, thanks for the compliment. I checked out your blog too and your reviews are so much more extensive! There're lots of interesting places I'm going to try, thanks!

Your website is very aesthetically pleasing! I especially like the food photos. I found your site on Google while looking up Tofu-ya. You might like my site--I do restaurant reviews, and we have been to some of the same places.

There are plenty of gourmet bakeries, but they are usually very far away or take-away only so I haven't had the chance to try.

I always had the bias that sandwich is such "casual meal" thing that I can't imagine how good a sandwich can be. So I'm always surprised whenever I taste such gourmet quality. Are there places in Japan offer gourmet sandwiches?

I did a web search for a restaurant I tried recently to find out what others thought about it and discovered your blog. I'm so glad I did. It's very informative and now I have many places to try, including Julienne. Thanks!

Considering how much bread I am consuming, I never have real gourmet sandwich in restaurants~~
