A slick modernized ramen chain in Japan Chabuya finally open one in LA. Their ramen is very thin (almost doll-noodle like) and frankly, so so...

The "Sandwich", a bit weird to put mayo+ketchup on the Chinese bun, the pork is good though. I'm not too impressed overall.

AH I'm not prepared, haven't packed yet ~ I'm going to New York tomorrow for couple days, for client meeting! :D So it's more of a buiness trip but I'm still excited (never been there!). I heard that it's snowing there, damn I don't have much clothes/boots for snows.
