Craftbar (NYC: Gramercy)Favorite Food Entries + Food 20: NYC + TravelThe first day is officially a client's day so even our meal is charged on them. :D Our producer been to this casual New York restaurant before and brought us there.
Everything is delicious and the menu is unique. By 'casual' of course meaning a more loosen up but still go-out-at-night no jean attair type of slight dress-upsy vibe that are not common in LA ^^;;; It has a nice New York scene. And the price is still $$ level, because this restaurant is actually a spin-off from a way more highend restaurant called simply "Craft." It's in here that I experienced the 'shaking' of the subway underground. Most 1st floor in every building will feel the shake and noise of the subway train underneath. I know...so nice..so do all our taxi $, hotel $, plane $, breakfast $...all on client~ ^o^ Only on the first day though as the 2nd and 3rd day was my own extended schedule. Freda | December 21, 2005 08:24 AMhey that's so nice that the meal is on the client!! do you get all 3meals on them? is that regular practice in the US (;□;)!? tomoko | December 20, 2005 09:49 PMYeah once I heard about it being 'free', I immediately change my mind and getting the foie gras ^^;;; I felt a bit conscious of wearing jeans...I only brought this one crappy pair of jeans and rough looking boot, I envied people wearing long dresses and pointy heely boot XOOOO (I only brought a tiny luggage...) Freda | December 20, 2005 05:04 PMThe foie gras and sea-urchin pasta look amazingly! The crispy choco cake looks interesting too. Wonderful free meal you guys got!! Were you nervous being in the NY scene?? How is the atmosphere like? seat | December 19, 2005 09:35 PM
