Jen's Cooking for X'mas Party

A friend of ours did a one-woman show by cooking the party of five a delicious Chinese gourmet dinner for christmas eve!

Fuzhou fishball and Roasted Steak (very tender and buttery!)

I don't know these dishes in English~ o_O The right dish has lamb. Really really good, very advance level cooking, Jen is an amazing cook!
The steamed crab! There was a bit of scare when the cook found the still-alive crab she bought didn't had the legs tied down. She got so scare when cleaning because it struggled and legs all crawling in the air...
