Sympathy for the Kettle (NYC: East Village)

Perfect solution~ tea to counter all that oil and fat from hotdog, right next door is a pretty little tea parlor Sympathy for the Kettle. The seatings are very limited. I got Kyoto Cherry Rose with sweets~ :D I love serious teahouse like this (way more than coffeehouse).

haha true you can make your own. Though I think it's more of the difference of how most teahouse vs coffeeshop setup here. Teahouse are more rare and they're usually small, quiet and girly and more for 2 people/couple chatting, while coffeehouse are more 'practical' single who worked on their computer or more like a hang out place with high traffic and large group of friends. So teahouse has more charm...^^;;;

I love tea too...but tea you can make at home, while coffee-making takes some professional skill, so when I am out I always order coffee...to get the $$'s worth. ^^;;; Well, I like coffee more than tea so.
