oh was it one of those vietnamese-spring rolls? but my vietnamese friend does it so perfectly--guess it just takes practice! ^^;; tomoko | February 15, 2006 06:07 PMI see, that's interesting because it tasted like egg! The crepe skin stick together so we were having hard time taking them piece by piece and wrap the egg/vegetables. we end up eating them seperately ^^;; Joan | February 15, 2006 03:45 PMI think the Vietnamese crepes here are made without egg (I've seen recipes both ways, but when I've asked, at least, they claim there are no eggs).
