Food 23: Kitchen

I have no idea what spurred me to throw in Mozzarella cheese with Okra ^^;; I think it was tofu that I was looking for but realize we didn't have any. Mixed with Seseme oil + Soysauce + Sugar, it works! Yum~ The scramble egg with tomatoes is my college days cooking dish, nothing blog worthy about but i just want to show off my Cath Kidston placemat. :D

Comments:

Your mom's way sounds so much better (look how dry and brittle our eggs got) ^^;;.

Hahaha, looks very pro!! I want to try mozzarella cheese with okra!! My mom used to cook tomato and egg often too, but she usually put a lot of tomato and cook until it is watery and melting, and then dumb egg into it and add sugar, and the egg is half-cooked scramble when served. Very typical cantonese style I think?
