Bell Pepper Spaghetti and Pork Salad

Food 23: Kitchen

DSC09135.jpgI'm under the bell peppers fad right now and always craved it for some reason. Taking cues from the penne I had in last entry, we made the 3 Colors bell pepper with White Wine, garlic and onion. Every bite is just bursting with sweetness and light flavors, very good~ Though the spaghetti was a bit overcooked this time.
DSC09131.jpgPork carrot onion salad with lime juice and apple vinegar. I got this recipe from a spa magazine, it's supposedly good for reduce stress. The pork was overcooked :(, and the carrot was sliced so ugly. After cooking these two dishes, our house smelled of onion for days~~~ ;o;

Comments:

The pork I got are meant for sukiyaki...argh should be good for boil? ^^;;

I wanted to document our cooking, to see if overtime we'd improve (at least look wise) and gets more challenging. We're still at novice college-cooking level with spaghetti and stir-fried veggie that kinda dishes. It's so dangerous to cut veggie while watching tv...

Pork might taste better if it is grilled rather boiled?(Not that I know anything about cooking..^^;;) The bell pepper spa looks very colourful and yummy!!
