Cooking @ Mammoth

Food 19: Travel

Since we have a beautiful and well-stocked kitchen and plenty of cooks, we cooked some of our dinners. :D

The neatly put inside of the burrito is obviously not mine (which was a bursting mess).

The star of them all: the Portobello Mushroom, so good~
DSC09371.jpgMartha made Burritos for us, I never knew all that work went into a seemingly simple food. It was delicious.

DSC09319.jpgAnother night, Adam cooked pasta for us. The sauce took 3 hours to make, which include cherry tomatoes, capers and anchovy. There was a bit of drama about unable to find capers in the market. At least we found it in a little health food boutique (capers? healthy? ^^;;). It is so tasty and delicious, though it gets a bit too salty toward the end.

Food we ate while being snowed in:

Burrito hotdog, and a salad that's mixed in of everything I could find at the fridge. So sad...
