Carbonara (sort of)

I tried my hands on Carbonara, it started off wrong already because I forgot Bacon (!), so I subtitude with Salmon and Prosciutto. Without bacon oil it's just not the same. I added too much egg as well. I added egg in the beginner way: blend in the bowl with cream , because in proper way you're supposed to add the egg on the heated pan with the sauce (but an awkward hand will result in stir-friend egg). It also has sweet onion and mushroom. Despite how it looks, it is tasty~ :D

It's tax time~~ T__T The slowness of the blog indicates we're really dried on budget these days. On top of that Joan has fallen ill, again. Due to an intense project at work, Joan has been coming home late, at first at 2am, then 5am, and at least the latest record: 7am in the morning. O_o

it's easy to get sick when you're living
in a new apartment... new paint, flooring, (basically all new building material)
cause sore throat and stuff.
which leads to colds, flu....>_

Rather than fung-sui, maybe you are not eating properly since your mother is not cooking for you anymore...and not delivering supplements to you in the morning?? ^^;;

hey girls, yeah I slept all day long that day. It was brutal, I hope I don't have to do that again anytime soon.

It's also a little weird that...ever since we moved in to the condo I keep getting sick. As you know I had that "feng shui" problem for my bedroom (which I supposedly "fixed" already)...hmm...^^;;;

Ha RP..hurry up before it's too late...

Oh my god poor, poor Joan!!! She needs to take supplements, and do they give her day-offs after such inhumane work hours???

Tax must be a heavy burden for you...good time to practice home-cooking! When I first saw the picture I thought it was restaurant food!
