Mizuna Pasta

DSC09818.jpgMy attempted to cook this, Mizuna with little white fish pasta with olive oil and garlic. Looks NOTHING alike, ^^;;; I must be missing something~ Still tasty!

I knew that something's wrong when I cooked the mizuna...^^;; I shouldn't cook them. I think adding some shitake mushroom would be nice too.

The mizuna looks different? Oh the one I had was raw! And don't kill me but I forgot to mention, there was a bit of karasumi(the yellow fish roe) on top as well...^^;; But yours looks just as good!!
