Nook Neighborhood Bistro (West LA)Food 11: West LAWe spotted a sign "Nook Neighborhood Bistro" at a mini-mall full of pizza and take out food, across from Sasaya. When we went there...hmmm where is it? Turns out it's very well hidden at the corner...subversive eh? Initially we tried to go to Father Office (famous for their burgers) but turn around our car as we saw the long lines outside. I heard that this Nook burger ingredient wise resembles Father Office's. The dinner was quite good but nothing special. Freda | June 6, 2006 10:15 PM
Yeah the bread taste so good!!! I doubt anyone can really pick up and eating this burger with hand thtough. ^^;; Creme is ...cream soda...haha~ When I ordered that Austrialian ginger beer, the waiter was like "oh? we serve this? I have to look up..." Am I the first ever to order that? But then later the person who sat next to me order the same drink too. Freda | June 8, 2006 09:58 AMI think I probably have had that "rustic bread" before but didn't know what it's called...interesting to use it for a burger. The drink "creme" is beer? seat | June 7, 2006 05:00 PM
