Phillips Bar-B-Que (Centinela)
My colleagues from NY is a big fan of BBQ, he read glowing reviews of this place.
 
Beef Rib (mild sauce), very messy but the meat is very tender and juicy. The sauce was a bit overloaded and simple tasting (not as smokey as I'd like). Maybe the hot level would be better? I think I'd enjoy it more without sauce. The potoato salad is very good.
 
My friend's Shredded Pork Sandwich, the meat was dried and hard. It's take out only.

I must be missing something...^^;;;
They have 2 other branch, maybe they'd be better? Afterall, BBQ and BBQ sauce is a preference...I'm into the original flavor of the food (if that beef rib were plain salt & pepper=perfect) rather than coated with heavy sauce.
