Au Levain du Marais (Paris: Marais)

Food 21: Paris

Another very good boulangerie we found in Marais, Au Levain du Marais.

Around 4-ish there'd be lines at popular bakeries. During the trip I got seriously addicted to Canelé.

It seems like their most popular pear tart was sold out everytime we went. We tried many of them, all good~

Comments:

Yeah the canele were freshly baked (I think 4 o' clock is the time when a newly baked batch is out, hence the line), so good so good! That's Joan queuing ^^;;

I love Canelé too~. Are they freshly baked and hot out of the oven?
