They make all natural, traditional homemade ice-cream. There're many other outlets that sell their ice-cream all over the island as well (including one that opens till 2 am).

I can never figure out the exact spelling, Cannele, or canele, or Cannelle. ^^;; It has a burnt caramel taste to it too~ so nice! Sherry, thank you so much!
