Shin Sen Gumi - Ramen (San Gabriel)Food 01: San GabrielNo need to head over to South Bay for Shin Sen Gumi's Ramen anymore~ :D They opened a chain at San Gabriel for awhile. As expected there're long queue everytime we went. The ordering paper gave you choices for 1) hard, normal or soft noodle, 2) oily, normal, less oily soup and 3) strong, normal or mild taste. I had Normal, Normal and strong. There's a list of toppings you can add from cha-shu to pickled vegetables.
I saw people keep ordering extra noodle after they finished their bowl, sure don't want those remaining soup wasted. There're also bottles of seasoned soy sauce at your reach to add flavor for those who have a salty palette. Shin Sen Gumi's Shabu Shabus chain will be opening in Monterey park soon as well.
