  1. Hoho you ARE enjoying yourself in HK! How’s HK so far~ I read about internet setup problem, I hope you can have it fixed so we can get faster “update” on what’s happening in HK for you ^^

    Wow the place seem high end~~ Sharks fin soup looks sooo good. I love eating dishes like the crispy chicken one (be it pork, peking duck, etc.). Though a bit lacking in seafood (other than the fish and sharks fin) for cantonese gourmet ^^;;;

  2. wow the course looks so good! I would like Cantonese food if they’re luxury like these haha!! So you got a Japanese guidebook for HK restaurants?

  3. Actually it was a 酔蝦 set dinner, and there was prawn cooked in wine at the beginning but I forgot to take pictures…^^;;;; The crispy chicken one was very good~~~the pancake for wrapping was moist and soft. This place is recommended by a Jap guide book on HK too but I just stand-and-read it in Mitsukoshi, didn’t buy. Also one of my work friends in Jap came to HK for a tour and he went to this restaurant and said it was very good, though he didn’t order a set course but picked dishes himself. He is obsessed with chinese food and chinese tea and he is working in Taiwan now, so I trust his taste. This restaurant is good taste-wise, but a bit too expensive la. I guess I should have picked dishes that were more special – I went with my school friends and at that moment we were all very lazy and tired in reading the menu to pick dish by dish…. ^^;;;
