鮑汁時菜（野菜のアワビソース炒め）。Stir-fried vegetables with abalone sauce.

粉糸蟹鍋（かにと春雨の土鍋煮）。Baked Gross Crab with vermicelli in hot pot.
鮮蝦荷葉飯（エビと貝柱入りのちまき）。Fried rice with Conpoy in Lotus leaf.

野菜、蟹鍋とちまきは４人分。外の品は一人分。一人は３万円ぐらい。高いけどおすすめ。Very expensive but the taste is worth the price.

ディナーコース４５００円ぐらい。
The dinner course includes 3 appetizers - the foie gras is particularly nice. The rest is okay-nice. It is not a proper restaurant but a private place where you need to phone and book in advance.

A little French restaurant near the beach side. We ordered cheese and a bottle of wine to share so it came to HK$500 per person.
