oh my god!!!! the soup looks sooooo good!!! i am totally craving for ramen now. . .
seems so dense and oily~ must be good :DDDD
It is like a ramen theme park(very small though) where there are 6 ramen shops from all over Japan and they are only there for a couple of months. The one on the left has scrambled egg and bacon in it(!) and the soup is miso based. The one on the right is pork rib bone soup, with very soft and tender char siu. They are both good - though I am not an expert on ramen…
It was snowing so heavily yesterday!! And it is all sunny today…so weird!
