Buta no kakuni – simmered pork. Not too oily and not too sweet, very good! I sat at the counter and the chef kept trying to talk to the customers including me…even though I think he is actually quite shy cos he isn’t very good at it. ^^;;;

  1. (EXCUSE THE CAP ^^;;;, RENDERING MY PROJECTS RIGHT NOW, TOOK FOREVER~~ CAPLOCK MAKES IT GO SLIGHTLY FASTER) HAHA THE RESTAURANT MUST BE TINY IF THE CHEF CAN CHAT WITH EVERYONE. HEY HE’S TRYING TO IMPROVE HIS CHIT-CHAT SKILL. I WISH I’M GOOD AT THAT TOO. ONE OF MY TEACHERS USE TO TELL US HE WAS SHY, BUT HE FORCED HIMSELF TO TALK TO AT LEAST 2 STRANGERS PER DAY, TRAINING HIMSELF TO BECOME MORE CONFIDENT AND BETTER SPEAKER. HA!

  2. Gosh, at first I thought it was spam again….gave me a start! ^^;;;

    You teacher was a little extreme, haha. But I admit talking to strangers is really hard. Quite a few times my friends confessed to me that before they got to know me well, they thought I was really cold/never smile/snobby….I was just too shy(sometimes just lazy) to talk to strangers but that appeared to be very unfriendly somehow…^^;;;

  3. Yeah same here I get that a lot too, people think I’m unfriendly/difficult person/snobbish too, but really I’m just a very shy person. I guess somehow I unintentionally “masked” my shyness by keeping distant from ppl or something. I wish I’m a social people person who’s good at talking/chit-chat though…but it’s sooo hard, no matter how much I tried to change. May be I should try my teacher’s method ^^;;;

  4. But having said that I can’t say I fancy being a social animal…^^;;; I mean socialising with total strangers means talking about superficial stuff and lots of bluffing…err…
