C’est la Vie! Nagano (セラヴィナガノ)

050920 020.jpgThe dessert is really good, with lots of fruits, white wine jelly, mango jelly, and passion fruit sorbet etc. Want to go back and have it again! The corn soup with crab, anago and egg terrine is also very good.

前菜:穴子とズワイガニ、スクランブルエッグのテリーヌとコンソメジュレ、トウモロコシの冷製スープ。
メイン:牛フィレとフォアグラ。
デザート:フルーツの白ワインジュレ、ショコラブラン、パッションフルーツのソルベのクープ。

    wowow the foie gras looks amazing! Haven’t had it for awhile, now I really crave it. The dessert is mousse? Looks like a drink.
