  1. I notice in your meat devoring entries, you have lesser fish entree (non sashimi) ^^;; When given choice, do you usually prefer ground animal over sea ones?

  2. Don’t you think it is a waste to choose fish over meat in the case of French/Italian course meals?? ^^;;; I like fish a lot too, but I am spoiled by Cantonese way of cooking fish…
