特上カルビ(これはうまいよ~)。特上タン。
Highest rank of beef(that melts in your mouth) and cow tongue.

豚トロ。上ミノ。Pork and cow stomach.

キムチ。Not very spicy.
060312 121.jpgカルビ。The normal rank of beef. It is good but it doesn’t melt in your mouth – you need to chew. ^^;;

冷麺。豆腐チゲ。Cold noodles and tofu hotpot soup. The cold noodles is so tasteless. I ended up adding the tofu soup into the noodles. 2 people, 1 drink each, 4000yen per person. This restaurant is quite hyped up as being “cheap and good”, and I think the meat are all good quality, but maybe not as cheap. My friend whom I went with was very disappointed though.

  1. haha you should put the top beef and normal beef photos side by side. Yeah ordering Korean cold noodle has been rather ‘extreme’ for me, only once or twice was good (light kimchee soup), but often they’re ‘tasteless’. ^^;;; I assume they’re meant to be companion to the strongest garlic/kimchee/etc dishes. Yeah 4000 yen is not cheap at all…

  2. I think you’re suppose to add the taste into the cold noodle yourself?? (not entirely s ure ^^;;) The good one I had before they added salty chili paste for you and you can add more if you want.

  3. My friend liked the cold noodles, saying it is refreshing after all those meat.

    No one told me to add anything to the cold noodles…but isn’t it kinda strange eating tasteless noodles with just the chilli paste? ^^;;;

  4. I SEE PEOPLE ADDING CHILLI PASTE TO EVERYTHING THEY EAT…EVEN THOSE SUPPOSEDLY LIGHT BEEF BONE SOUP ^^;;
