Don’t remember the names so just simple descriptions. Chocolate mousse on a crunchy tart with nuts, like it the most. Dried fruits and nougat mousse, don’t like it much. Passion fruits, kiwi and berries and custard cream sandwiched in pastry layers, quite good.

The tart underneath the flaky decoration has pear and almond cream. Cherry and almond cream. Both are okay.

2000円のランチコースにて。
アジのエスカベーシュ。グリーンピースの冷たいスープ。
Mackerel escabeche, very cold…like just taken out from the refrigerator.
Green peas soup, also very cold…even for summer.

豚肉とじゃがいもの煮込み。チョコレートムース。
Pork and potato stew, huge portion and simple taste, the pork is quite soft. Chocolate mousse, a bit too sweet.
