060725 036.jpgビーフランチカツセット、1100円。Beef cutlet lunch set. Pork cutlet is common in Japan but beef cutlet is not so and usually quite expensive. That’s probably why this place is so popular because it is cheap? I had to queue to go in, but the wait was not long. There was a sign outside saying “(The beef) is fried for only 30 seconds. We won’t make you wait long”. I think I got the not-so-good part…a bit tasteless and not juicy. The ojisan next to me got one thick piece, which looked good…

  1. that’s why the beef is still so red~ shouldn’t they use consistent parts for everyone?

  2. 30秒!!超高温でカラッと中はレアでってことだろうけど、
    見た目が若干ふにゃってしてる?!
    隣のおじさんのも色的にはレアな感じ?

    衣はサクサクよ、厚いけど。
    隣のおじさんのもレアで白い筋が入って霜降りっぽかった。
    味は一緒かもしれないが、、、

    That would be the ideal…but I guess someone has to eat the not-so-good parts. Besides, the better-looking parts might just taste the same. ^^;;
