Vegetarian restaurant opened by a Taiwanese lady. Today’s lunch: fried fake-meat made from soybean, spicy aubergine, hijiki(seaweed), brown rice and seaweed soup. The tiny place was filled with Taiwanese! Taste-wise…it was the usual mystery of how chinese veggy retaurants always make vegetables taste so bad. ^^;;

    HAHAHA!!! But it’s good to know there *are* Chinese vegetarian restaurants in Tokyo, however bad their foods are :-D

    元々美味しい野菜を肉に似せようと、
    変な工夫するからまずいよね。
    普通の中華の店で野菜料理を頼んだ方が全然美味しい。
