特大パルミジャーノ・レジャーノチーズの塊をえぐって、
中でチーズを溶かしてリゾットを入れてからめる
「チーズリゾット」を出す近場のお店が閉店するの、、、
ちょっとショック、、、

チーズは濃厚で香りがよくて美味しいから、
茹で過ぎのペンネも許す（笑）
