Soba in beaten egg. Never had this before! It is quite nice. The egg sauce is not seasoned so you dip the soba into the tsuyu sauce before you eat.

oh that sounds interesting. The beaten egg looked…runny, so it’s semi-raw? Do they intent to add a slimy natto-y texture?
The egg is completely raw. It is diluted so only a little sticky. The most interesting texture is the foam~

泡立てた卵ってことは、フワフワなの?
味はマイルドになる??
そう、フワフワ!カプチーノみたい(笑)
味がどうこうってより、食感を楽しむって感じ。
