  1. oh that sounds interesting. The beaten egg looked…runny, so it’s semi-raw? Do they intent to add a slimy natto-y texture?

  2. The egg is completely raw. It is diluted so only a little sticky. The most interesting texture is the foam~

    味はマイルドになる??
