		<description>Raw liver is smooth and soft, texture and taste a bit like those chinese "pig's blood". It has a sweet taste to it naturally. Very nice with sesame oil and a bit of salt~.

Most of the restaurants I went to that serve raw meat, are usually run by Japanese but always have kimchi and bibimbap and Korean soup...maybe it is considered Korean?</description>

		<description>Hmm...I don't remember if I had liver raw before,..wonder how that taste like (less 'pastey' for sure?). Before your blog, I never knew Japanese eat so many non-fish sashimi too, even something like giblets, horse, and that one time with those wild game meat...^^;;;</description>
