Yeah often these famous hard-to-book restaurants are a let down, maybe you need to try the dinner (bigger portion at least perhaps?). Joan and I just came back from a weekend get away at New York (Fri-Tuesday), and we tried as many 'famous restaurants' as we can (reserved weeks ahead), it's mostly misses (one hit though!) ’simple toast bread’….^^;;; (imagine dipping that on olive oil).
