		<description>Sakura tea is not just salty but does have a nice smell. It is sold in packs, with sakura flower preserved in salt, and you just add water. I bought a pack in Kyoto and finished it really quickly. You should try!  You can find it easily in Japanese food stores around spring time.

Yeah shiruko is just red bean soup. I like the pasty and sticky zenzai more. They have a lot of &lt;a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kakigori" rel="nofollow"&gt;kakigori&lt;/a&gt; options for summer but I don't fancy eating ice with syrup...

		<description>Interesting...salted sakura water, sounds like it's more salty than flowery?  These desserts looks too 'filling' to be after meal or even afternoon teatime. But how I wish we have something like (and a proper Chinese teahouse too) this here.</description>
