Yesterday I went to this high-class sushi restaurant in Ginza(bringing a friend from HK), and I was planning to ask the chef if I could take pictures, but at the end the atmosphere just stopped me from even asking.... How's Piedmont cuisine different from other Italian regeion? Less seafood since it's up north? Horse meat! Wow! How does it taste like?
