くずもち。 あわぜんざい。
From a couple of visits.
Kuzu-mochi – made from kudzu starch, with kinako(soy bean) powder on top. Very nice!
Awa-zenzai – millet and red bean paste, served hot. Good but not quite sticky enough.

くりしるこ(栗の餡)。玉子ぞうに。
Kuri(chestnut) shiruko . Instead of the usual red bean paste, chestnut paste is used. It is so delicious! Eaten with toasted mochi. Served hot.
Ozoni with egg. Can’t see from picture but mochi, kamaboko, somen are hidden under the egg. The clear dashi is light with very nice yuzu fragrance. This is not sweet.

Kuzukiri – a healthy sweet of jelly-like strips made from kudzu. It is basically tasteless and you dip it into the honey. There is ice to keep it cool. Great for summer!
