Blue Marlin (Sawtelle)

By in 12: Sawtelle

Can’t resist, just too good. 101 youshoku (Japanese western food) Hamburg Steak with demi-glaze sauce and Cheese Omelette. It’s raw-ish liquidy inside the omelette…LOVE it! I’m impressed by the grilled veggie sides too. ^^;;;

Chabuya Japan (Sawtelle)

By in 12: Sawtelle

A slick modernized ramen chain in Japan Chabuya finally open one in LA. Their ramen is very thin (almost doll-noodle like) and frankly, so so… The “Sandwich”, a bit weird to put mayo+ketchup on the Chinese bun, the pork is good though. I’m not too impressed overall.
