Patisserie Chantilly (Lomita)

By in 17: South Bay

A trip to Lomita mostly includes a stop at this Japanese Patisserie (and we needed tea to wash down those butter).

A strawberry mousse cake I forgot the name of.

The cakes are about $3 each. They’re very delicate and pretty, but “delicate” sometimes synonyms with “tiny.” 😉 Cafe Blanc ‘s cakes are bigger in portion.

I know…I’m tempted to get cheesecake, puffs or those fruit punch-ish dessert too. But since I got them after meal and cheesecake seems heavy, and puffs/fruit punch seems…”not worth”…^^;;; Ah I need to get out of my comfort zone.

Looks like Chantilly is one of your faves. Desserts looks awesome. I must try some next time I’m in Torrance. How is the coffee?

I love Tokyo! Next time I go back, I’ll definitely use the pig out diary to plan my meals!
