The Wenceslas Square was once a historically significant gathering/protest space in Prague. Now it seems to known more as the ‘Sausage square’. 😉 It is packed with hungry tourists and shoppers queuing at sausage stands. Apparently there were threats of banning them last year.
We passed by here quite a few times and always lured by the wonderful smell. We gave in eventually.
Sausage with sauerkraut. We just point and click and didn’t know which sausage it is. It’s very good: hot, juicy, crispy on the outside and light texture in the side. Not too trashy tasting either. Though later I was told that the ‘white’ sausage is very good too.
