Brunch at Joe’s~ a California French fusion place. The menu seems innovative, though we ought to dine there for their courses to really truly experience it. For brunch it came with these good banana bread and toast. The waiter who served us was so charming and handsome…*o*
Braised Duck salad with pear. $12 Comes with potato garlic soup. Very yummy!
Rosti Potato with scrambled eggs, smoke salmon, creme fraiche and paddlefish caviar $14. It also comes with a small salad. The rosti potato is a bit burnt and oily, it got quite heavy at the end. Anyway we’re very satisfied, can’t wait to try their dinner.

The bread looks very good!! They all look good – is the noodle-thing underneath the egg, potato?? Well, the name of the dish tells you very honestly it is going to be heavy so you can’t complain, hahaha.
From the pictures of the places you have been, seems like most of them are outdoor, open cafes/restaurants, very good-feel sunshine….while all the places I go are like no window, basement, pitch dark even though it is broad daylight outside. ^^;;;; Makes me really appreciate the importance of space~~~
ha yeah, it must be so hard and costly to get outdoor space in Tokyo!
