Botanical Garden & Butterfly Conservatory

By in Travel

DSC04079.jpgDSC04081.jpg DSCF0385.jpgThis is the last entry on our trip. Nearby Niagara-on-the-Lake there is a Horiculture school, which has a huge Botanical garden where most sections are opened to public. The garden is so well-kept and beautifully designed. Too bad it was not blossom season yet. They have a elegant rose garden that would have been breathtaking. All the gardeners working you encountered there are students, probably working on their assignments ^^;;

DSC04074.jpgDSCF0389.jpgDSCF0390.jpgDSCF0282.jpgThe house is students’ dormitory. what wonderful serene school life~ We saw on the map that there’s a Green house on the far left side (we’re at the center), we thought we could walk there…after 20 minutes of walk it was still…forest, then we realize it’s impossible (probably take more than an hour of walk). Students probably have their special mini-cart to drive around…

There’s also a butterfly Conservatory to visit. You walked inside an enclosed space where butterfly flew around you. Not that many species, I only saw 20+ or so. ^^;; Here’re my photos~!
