DSC04472.jpgDSC04474.jpgBack to Cafe Brazil (see previous entry) and everyone agrees this time it is exceptionally good!!! The chicken (dark meat so very juicy and tender), my god~~ so perfect! I tried their coffee (very good) and was delight to find the sugar was rock candy pop (haven’t seen that since Japan). *O* I can’t get enough of this place, especially the interior!

    Really? I haven’t seen that sugar stick in Japan~~~
    I read the interview…so he actually didn’t write his comments on the food he ate?? Just pictures?? From the book cover the pics look pretty normal. I can’t believe something that so many people have done in food blogs gets the spotlight simply because he made it into a book!^^;;;

    yeah, its a basic 食べ歩き book, huh :p

    I’ve seen that rock sugar stick at a Korean cafe in New Jersey (^0^)

    I think I’ve also seen it sold at cost plus (in glendale)!

    guess if you put that in a book format and it became sorta a work of art. Now in Amazon review some people start popping up saying how “I did that for my weblog and plan to publish a book too…darn~~” ^^:;;

    I think rather than pics+comments on the food only, something more like a personal diary will still be fun. Like said in the interview, who the author ate with, what are their relations, when he ate it, anything interesting happened during the meal, even some episodes of private life. Dunno about the states, in Japan people write very little about their daily life in their food blogs.
