DSC05142.jpgTime to explore more restaurant around my office. Turns out this authentic Japanese restaurant not so ‘nearby’ (it’s right next to the Westside Pavillion) but whatever…^^;; I got the Housemade Tofu, it could have been nicer if the sauce weren’t that’s too salty. The Grilled Beef set is very flavored, tender, juicy and delicious. The presentation is very nice. Total added up quite expensive…so probably won’t come back here often.

    gasp!!
    wish I knew about this place when I was there (T_T)!!
    I love tofu!
    just from curiosity, how much was the set, by the way?

  2. seat says:

    What?! Good tofu should be eaten alone and still taste nice – sauce, especially salty one ruins it ma~~~

  3. Freda says:

    The set was $12, the tofu was $7!!! (I didn’t know it’s this much, since it was just a side, usually they’re under $5). So when the bill came it was over $20…

    Seat, too late for my tofu, I pour in all the sauce before my first taste T__T

  5. tomoko says:

    whoa…the tofu alone is more than my lunch budget…! (but I would definitely like to try)
    but I wonder how many american people would appreciate it!? maybe that’s why they made the sauce really salty?

    Under $7 is a good lunch budget ^^;; I should eat more often at Mitsuwa market food court ^^;;;
