Veniero

By in 03: NYC

Ah back to LA, back to work and back to internet. I have many NYC entries to catch up.

DSC08837.jpgThe last night in NY! I finally find time time to visit this Italian bakery Venieros, a very historic place in East Village since 1894. I’ve read articles about it and always wanted to come. I meet up with Donny here. 😀 The interior is very 19th century and smells so heavenly. Cannoli is very good, the crust is so crispy and just right. They claimed their New York Style Cheesecake is ‘the creamist and lightest you’d ever put in your lip…hmm..not true. ^^;; They have so many delicious looking Italian pastries in both big and mini-size, want to try them all!

Yeah I wonder what those green things are, they’re sweet (before trying I tend to think they’re green onion or something ^^;;).
