I thought Japan’s ethnic restaurants were very nice (the ones you went to at least), maybe the presentation a bit Japan-ize (like comes with little dishes). Baklava is very common (like Tiramisu for Italian sweet, donut for America ^^;;).
Like the Thai/Korean/Indian restaurants I went to? I find the taste not so satisfying – too mild, and the price too high…yeah the presentation is good. All my “favourites” are French or Italian or Japanese, no ethnic!! ^^;;
