Square One Dining (Los Feliz)

By in 04: Los Feliz

Sunday Brunch! 😀 This place was located right behind the epic scale blue Church of Scientology. ^^;; I heard lots of Scientologists eating here. Inside they have disclaimers on chalk board saying they used the fresh local ingredients.

Classic Egg Benedict: with smoked canadian bacon, baby spinach on english muffins with hollandaise sauce. $11 It’s good but I’ve had better. The spinach is a nice touch. The sides (forgot name) is this southern corn thing.

Baked eggs with fava beans, shitake and oyster mushroom ragout on grits with feta $10, warm and yummy! The garlic lemon chicken sausage is so-so, taste just like chopped meat that kept falling apart.

    Egg Benedict!! Argh, still haven’t got the chance to try!(Though I have found some cafes here that have it) The baked egg sounds so fancy. The sausage looks more like a hamburger except that it is long. ^^;;
